Scheduled walk times by Grade: 

1:25-1:55: Kindergarten

1:55-2:25: 1st Grade

9:55-10:25: 2nd Grade

10:25-10:55: 3rd Grade

9:20-9:50: 4th Grade

12:10-12:40: 5th Grade

12:40-1:10: 6th Grade

11:30-12:05:  7th & 8th Grades

FEED Wellness Workshop: Wednesday, October 24 (5:30-7:00 PM)

Learn ways to encourage our kids to establish healthy eating habits- see attached flyer.

SAVE THE DATE for International Night - Friday, Nov 9 from 4-6:30

Come celebrate the incredible cultural diversity of our Skinner North families and communities.  We will have country/culture tables in the gym and student performances in the auditorium - plus a few surprises!  Sign up by October 24 to represent your country/culture or for your child to present a short cultural performance (3-5 minutes).   We usually have a huge turnout for this event and need your help to make it a success!  If you want to volunteer for the event or would like to reach out for more information, email us at sndiversity@gmail.com.

MESSAGE FROM OUR PRINCIPAL- Skinner North Diversity Survey

The Skinner North Classical School has partnered with a 3^rd party diversity and education consultant, Single Story, Inc., to administer the AMID (Assessment of Multiculturalism, Inclusion, and Diversity) survey.  The survey will remain live digitally to Skinner North parents, staff, and students in grades 5th - 8th Monday, October 1, 2018 through Friday, November 2.  (The survey is available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SkinnerParents.)  

  

This survey will be used as a basis for our work and the work of the school as we continue to promote diversity and inclusion, and to foster understanding of differing perspectives and experience in the Skinner North community.
